Oveit makes it simple for your team to handle ticket check-ins, verify ticket validity, and estimate attendance trends — all through a dedicated check-in account.

Step 1: Create a Check-In Staff Account #

1. Go to the Team Section
   In your Oveit dashboard, navigate to Team > Users.
2. Add a New Team Member
   Click on “Create User”.
3. Set Up Credentials
   • Create a username for the staff (e.g., checkin.staff).
   • Add their email address.
   • Set a password or send them an invitation.
4. Assign Role: Event Check-In Staff
   From the dropdown, choose the “Event check-in staff” role.
   This grants them access to:
   • Scan tickets using the mobile app
   • Check in attendees
   • Pair RFID tags (if applicable)
   • View attendance trends by date (but not revenue data)

The check-in staff can view:

• Visitor Flow by Date:
  Helps estimate attendance trends for specific dates and events.

Even if an event (like a demo) has no ticket registrations, real events will display a graph of expected attendance across multiple dates and ticket types.

Note: Check-in staff cannot view sales or revenue-related data.
