Can I add a downloadable file to the confirmation page?

You can personalize the order experience at STEP3 – Checkout settings.

There are 2 ways in which you can grant access to your customers to a specific file document.

1. Upload the file (the Event Programme for example) on file-hosting service and simply copy the link into Oveit’s order confirmation page. The text can be customised as you like and links can be added to this page.

2. Using “custom redirect URL’ function you can redirect customers to your personal “Thank You” page. Simply copy the URL and our app will redirect customers to the desired page. Use this page to add perks for your registered guests (like downloadable materials).
