I want to set up a seating map for my event. How can I do that?

You can go to Venues > New Venue.

Once you choose a name and address for your venue, you can start building your seating map in the visual editor.

Afterwards tickets can be associated with your venue in the next two steps:

  • choose “with seating” in the event event settings (step 1)
  • click “associate seating” button to associate seats with your seating map.
