Available Features

FREE Registration

As an event organizer, you can fully customize the registration page on Oveit. There are text fields available, allowing you to gather information from your participants, right from the registration step. The text fields can be marked as mandatory or not. For instance, if the mandatory fields are not completed, attendees won’t be able to finalize the ticket purchase, until they complete those required fields. All the information filled in the registration step is saved and stored for your convenience.

Embed function

With the embed function that Oveit has put into place, you can sell tickets directly on your own website or anywhere else where you want the embedded event to show up. You can choose between light or dark color schemes, personalizing the checkout page. All you need to do is copy and paste a unique embed code that becomes available as soon as your event is created.

Data collection function

With the permission of your attendees, you can choose to collect relevant data by enabling the ‘custom registration forms’ option. Your participants will be required to complete the requested information to purchase their tickets. Information such as name, e-mail, job role, and age, are just some basic examples of what event organizers might want to collect from their participants.

Customer relationship management function (CRM)

This feature can have a significant impact on your future events. It gives you the option to create a relationship and communicate with your attendees once the event is over. By accessing the ‘CRM’ function from the dashboard, you will have a list of the orders and the number of tickets placed for each order. This is where the information requested from your participants will be clearly displayed, allowing for changes related to marketing strategy.

Seating map function

If you would like to associate each ticket with a seat inside a venue, the seating map function is there for you. You can design the seating area from scratch when setting up your event. The created seating map will be available for your participants, allowing them to pick their favorite spot and enjoy the event.

FREE Ticketing

On Oveit, tickets are electronically generated. Attendees simply receive their tickets via email. At the event, the electronic ticket can be shown on any device or it can be printed out in advance as well. Every ticket comes with a unique QR code, resulting in a friendly and fast registration process. Our free app simply scans the QR code and grants access in a matter of seconds, replacing the need of manually searching for each and every attendee.

Instant payments in your account

With Oveit, you will receive payments into your account after every purchase. If your event has up to 500 active visitors, you can receive instant payments, by simply connecting your PayPal or Stripe account. The third option would be to receive payments through bank transfer, but this option is not included in the free account.

FREE Scanner App (IOS, Android, PC)

The check-in part of your event is one key element that differentiates between your satisfied and unsatisfied guests. Participants receive their electronic tickets with a QR code, meaning that our scanning App, replaces the need of manually searching for every attendee. The codes can be scanned with almost any smartphone that has a functional camera and the Oveit app installed. This would result in a smooth and professional check-in process.

Vouchers and discount codes

Vouchers and discounts are unique codes that give the holder of such code an advantage. Maybe you have a special price available for your event and you only want to make it available for some of your participants. If that’s the case, you can create unique codes on Oveit and send those out to particular attendees to redeem it. There are many options in which vouchers and discount codes can be used, depending on what you want to offer in exchange.

Open API function

Our open API allows you to smoothly integrate Oveit with other apps and services (like your own CRM or newsletter app). It saves time and it results in friendlier user experience. This way, your customers can place their orders in one place but get integrated with all other services, thus making the process easier and faster.
