Experience Payments
One of the most sensitive points when it comes to experiences is payments. They can ruin your experience, or they can go unnoticed. When payments are no longer a pressure point, that is when the experience will truly be unforgettable for your customers. And for you as an organizer as well.

Introducing Oveit Wallet
Oveit Wallet is a secure payment wallet that will allow your customers to keep all their experience economy in one single place: the one item that they will hang on very tight to during the event or festival – their mobile phone.
Every large event, festival, theme park, cruise line or tourist resort has its own closed loop payment network. Oveit Wallet provides this network and helps you to get your community together in one place, where they will pay securely. This will ensure full transparency for everyone involved in the experience and will empower your community.
Available on iOS and Android
Here at Oveit we are very mobile friendly so Oveit Wallet will work on both iOS and Android. To accept payments you will only need to download and use Oveit Pay POS app.
We have worked hard to offer you and your visitors an easy-to-use experience when you create a payment community for your event or venue. Visitors can use our Oveit Wallet to top up and pay using their smartphone throughout the whole experience. However, if you prefer using NFC/RFID wristbands or cards, we are happy to provide you with the best solutions available on the market.
Understand the customer journey with Oveit Pay
Once visitors have arrived, they can connect their credit card and top-up a certain amount of money (in the Wallet or on their wristband or card) and pay in your venue. You will be able to see real time sales stats. This data can be analyzed and shared with external vendors and partners. Transparency is key to a successful event and the Oveit backend will give you all the tools you need so that everyone involved in your event knows exactly what is going on with their finances.
Oveit Pay POS
With our specially created POS (Point of Sale) supporting Oveit Pay, you can handle cash or card top-ups for your event or venue payment network. You can also use our POS to help vendors set up their menus or lists of products for them to accept payments and see real time stats on their sales. Customers can use their NFC/RFID wristbands, cards and, of course, our Oveit Wallet.
Oveit Pay POS can be used on any Android device.
Accept payments for Ticket Sales
Oveit is used by thousands of events and venues to sell tickets both online and offline at the box office.
You can benefit from our special features:
- Sell extra add-ons and benefits: Use addons to add extra benefits for your tickets. You can either prepack addons in the ticket (such as event merchandise or access to a specific area of the event) or you can sell the addons separately from the ticket. This will allow your visitor to customize their own version of your event so that they can build the experience they want.
- Sell merchandise before the event: Allow your customers to purchase merchandise before they arrive at the event. Once they are there, scan their e-ticket using Oveit Pay and check the redeemed merchandise as claimed.
- Enable wallet pre-top-up: Your tickets can hold addons, merchandise and even a certain pre topped up value of money that can be spent in the venue. You can allow your visitors to top up before the event starts. You can handle payments by scanning the e-ticket at the entrance, pairing it with an NFC wristband or card. This will allow visitors to pay using the Oveit Pay POS. Of course, everything is also compatible with Oveit Wallet.
- Sell tickets as NFTs: The next big thing in ticketing is the NFT ticket. NFT tickets are unique, transferable and can create a new revenue stream through creator royalties. Oveit provides you with NFT ticketing without any complicated process. We will take care of smart contract deployment, minting, and deployment on the blockchain. Everything is done in partnership with Polygon and Crypto.com.
- Accept payments in crypto: Oveit Pay supports over 30 of the most popular crypto coins so if you want to sell tickets with cryptocurrency, we have the perfect solution for your needs.
- Receive payments instantly in your account. With Oveit there are no intermediaries and no delays in payments. Once the customer purchases a ticket for your event or venue the money will come directly in your account in that same instant. All you need is to have an account with one of the following payment processors (PayPal, Stripe, Crypto.com) and to connect the account with your Oveit account. And that’s it!
